I really like this crate. I ordered it in pink but found out a week later they no longer had the pink; so I ordered the blue one. I have a 5 month old puppy who now weighs 10 pounds. The crate size is perfect and my pup has lots of growing room. It has a door on 2 sides and one on the top, which is a plus, so you can put the crate facing just about anyway and still get to a door. I love leaving the top door open because my pup can stand on her hind legs and put her head out and not feel so confined. I would have given this crate 5 stars, but I find the latches (2 on each door) are hard to slide open or shut. They don't slide as easily as you would think. I find one latch works fine in keeping the door closed. Maybe if and when my little girl gets stronger I may need to use both latches. It folds nice and flat if I ever needed to take it on a trip.

The item arrived on time but it was BLUE, not the PINK I ordered. So far (10 days later), the vendor has taken NO action to rectify the situation other than sending me two emails telling me that they are "sorry this happened to you."
